Our Amherst, NH client is seeking a dynamic, professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for their front office.  This is a temporary-to-permanent position.

This candidate will be the first point-of-contact for all visitors, so we are looking for a professional and very positive person to represent our client.  If you love to be busy and enjoy multi-tasking - this is the position for you!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls and direct to appropriate person
  • Greeting visitors
  • Maintain visiting area
  • Mail management
  • Support to Sales and Accounting teams
Job Requirements:
  • HS Graduate or Equivalent at a minimum.  Advanced education in business or accounting is highly desired.
  • Telephone console experience (pref. in a manufacturing environment)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations
  • Accounting, sales and marketing experience a bonus
